e have vampires a-plenty, and werewolves too.
But what of the restless dead, the remembered but unheard, those beyond the Shroud?

The world swarms with legions upon legions of ghosts, their hands stayed from mortal affairs by the Dictum Mortum.
Alongside every city of the living there is one of the dead, built of memories, overlying the mortal one. Through every such city the Maelstrom, the storm of destruction, rages. What was once orderly and commanded by Charon's will is crumbling and in chaos. The strictures of Law cannot survive the change.

Such is Death.
